Abstract. Unique properties of laser radiation: coherence, high pulsed power, small angular discrepancy make it possible to focus relatively easily on optical systems, while obtaining extremely high power densities. The first studies of the action of such a laser on the surface gave an unexpected result – the kinetic energy of the emitted components at laser powers up to 106 W was hundreds of electron volts. Most parameters of laser plasma depend nonlinearly on the power density of laser radiation. On the other hand, the idea of heating a substance to thermonuclear temperatures by laser radiation [1] has stimulated a number of plasma studies associated with high-intensity irradiation of condensed matter [1-6]. The aim of the study. Develop a method for obtaining thin films of complex compounds with simultaneous determination of the most important condensation parameters when irradiated with a train of laser pulses.en
