’56-os magyar forradalmárok az ungvári börtönben

Abstract

57 évvel az 1956-os forradalom után egyre több igazságot tudunk meg a magyar nép tragikus és hősies napjairól. Azokról a történelmi napokról, amikor a világ szemtanúja lehetett a spontán alakuló, vezér nélküli szabadságharcnak a szovjet rezsimmel szemben. Azokban a napokban a magyar fiatalok több ezer honfitársukat vezették a moszkvai Szovjet Kommunista Párt irányította magyar kormány ellen. A tanulmány azokat a dokumentumokat mutatja be, amelyeket az Ukrajna Állambiztonsági Hivatalában őriznek. Ezek a dokumentumok a magyar forradalmárok Szovjetunióba történő deportálásáról számolnak be. A dokumentumok szerint több mint ezer főt tartottak fogva az ungvári börtönben 1956 decembere és 1957 januárja között. A kihallgatási jegyzőkönyvekből pedig megtudhatjuk, hogyan teltek itt napjaik.

Abstract. 57 years after the Hungarian revolution of 1956 we get to know more and more about the truth of those historical days of Hungarian nation, when the world witnessed one of the largest leaderless, spontaneously organized war of independence against the Soviet regime. On those days Hungarian youth led thousands of their countrymen against the Hungarian government which was sponsored by Soviet Communist Party from Moscow. This article is about the documents which are held in the Archive of the State Security Agency of Ukraine. These documents give evidence of the deportation of Hungarian revolutionists to the Soviet Union. According to the documents more than one thousand people were held in the Prison of Ungvár in the period of December 1956- January 1957. From the interrogation protocols we can get to know about their life spent in prison.
