Освітній процес в об’єктиві війни: сучасні тенденції в роботі педагога

Abstract

Резюме. Освітянська галузь, як і всі інші галузі, зазнала великих змін в умовах воєнного стану. 2022 рік показав, що для наших освітян немає нічого неможливого. Вони можуть навчати навіть в умовах війни, навіть під час блекаутів, навіть коли вже немає сил. Протягом усього року педагоги шукали нові підходи та рішення, застосовували нестандартні методи та цікаві прийоми. Освіта потребує чітких, швидких та вчасних рішень. Функціонування системи освіти в умовах воєнного стану характеризується інтенсивним пошуком нових підходів до навчання, інноваційних форм організації освітнього процесу. Тому, для того, щоб правильно та ефективно організувати освітній процес педагоги повинні чітко відслідковувати сучасні тендеції в освіті, а саме: мікронавчання, soft skills, нейроосвіта, синтез реальності, AR, AI та VR, цілісне навчання. Зважаючи на результати дослідження, варто зауважити, що в теперішніх умовах зміст освітнього процесу має відповідати сучасним освітнім трендам та включати не стільки готові знання і досвід виконання діяльності за усталеними стандартами, а й досвід саморозвитку, самовиховання самовдосконалення педагога.

Abstract. The field of education, like all other fields, underwent great changes under the conditions of martial law. The year 2022 showed that nothing is impossible for our educators. They can teach even in conditions of war, even during blackouts, even when there are no more forces. Throughout the year, teachers were looking for new approaches and solutions, used non-standard methods and interesting techniques. Education needs clear, quick and timely decisions. The functioning of the education system in the conditions of martial law is characterized by an intensive search for new approaches to learning, innovative forms of organization of the educational process. Therefore, in order to correctly and effectively organize the educational process, teachers must clearly monitor modern trends in education, namely: micro-learning, soft skills, neuro-education, synthesis of reality, AR, AI and VR, holistic learning. Taking into account the results of the research, it is worth noting that in the current conditions the content of the educational process should correspond to modern educational trends and include not so much ready-made knowledge and experience of performing activities according to established standards, but also the experience of self-development, self-education and self-improvement of the teacher.
