Tanulmányi versenyek az online térben. A Karádi László helyesírási versennyel kapcsolatos tapasztalatok

Abstract

A tanulmányi versenyek fontos színterei a tehetséggondozásnak, növelhető általuk a diákok motiváltsága, és ez pozitívan hat az oktatás színvonalára is. A Kárpátaljai Magyar Pedagógusszövetség (KMPSZ) megalakulása óta fontosnak tarja a vetélkedők évenkénti megrendezését. A Covid – 19-világjárvány, majd az ukrajnai háború döntés elé állította a KMPSZ-t: megszervezik-e a megváltozott körülmények között is a megmérettetést vagy elhalasztják azokat? A szervezet végül a versenyek megtartása mellett döntött, és a korábbi évek gyakorlata alapján a II. Rákóczi Ferenc Kárpátaljai Magyar Főiskola oktatóit kérte fel a versenyfeladatok összeállítására. Az előadás célja összegezni azokat a tapasztalatokat, amelyekkel a Karádi László helyesírási verseny online feladatsorának összeállításakor szembesültek a felkért oktatók. A jelenléti versenyek feladatsorait az online feladatsorokkal, feladattípusokkal összehasonlítva próbálunk meg következtetéseket megfogalmazni az online versenyek előnyeivel, hátrányaival kapcsolatban.

Abstract. Academic competitions serve as an important way to nurture talent as they may increase students motivation and have positive impact on the quality of education. Since its foundation, the Transcarpathian Hungarian Pedagogical Association (KMPSZ) has made it a priority to organise annual competitions. However, the Covid – 19-pandemic, and then the war in Ukraine, posed great challenge for the KMPSZ in deciding whether to organise the competition under the changed circumstances or delay it. Finally, the Association has decided to hold the competitions, and based on the practice of previous years, asked the teachers of the Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian College of Higher Education compile the competition tasks. The aim of the presentation is to summarise the experiences that the teachers have had in compiling the online tasks for the László Karádi spelling bee. The present study will try to draw conclusions about the atvantages and disadvantages of online competitions by comparing the tasks of the face-to- face competitions with those of online ones.
