Виклики організації освітнього процесу фахової передвищої освіти в умовах війни

Abstract

Резюме. В наш час, коли практично щодня по території нашої держави декілька разів гудуть сирени, зриваючи навчальний процес, як ніколи важливим є питання організації освітнього процесу. МОН докладає максимум зусиль для забезпечення сталості навчання та викладання, створення безпечних умов для учнів і студентів, вчителів і викладачів. Сформовано перелік ключових пріоритетів політики в сфері освіти, вчасне впровадження яких мінімізує освітні втрати.Але перед закладами освіти з кожним днем постають нові завдання, випробування.З перших днів вторгнення заклади освіти перетворилися на гуманітарні хаби, які приймали внутрішньо перемішених осіб та допомагали військовим. Варто зазначити, що наявність укриттів було обов’язковою умовоюдля відновлення очного навчання у закладах освіти всіх рівнів.. Ще одним викликом у випадку загрози блекауту стало забезпечення закладів освіти резервними та автономними джерелами енергопостачання. А важливим компонентом інформаційної безпеки, зазвичай є належне комп’ютерне забезпечення педагогічних працівників та здобувачів освіти з метою підтримання навчального процесу в умовах війни. Нові завдання та знання, які генеруються часом та ситуацією в країні, підготовка високоякісного людського капіталу на базі якісної освіти будуються на знаннях. Фахівцям нового покоління,які навчаються у фахових коледжах, навіть у воєнний час потрібно розв’язувати складні науково-технічні й економічні проблеми, що вимагає принципово нових людських якостей– динамічності,компетентності, професійності, що дасть змогу аналізувати різноманітні завдання в найкоротші терміни та приймати оптимальні рішення.Під час війни як ніколи зростає потреба в достовірній інформації для прийняття термінових рішень, що є запорукою росту економіки. При організації освітньогтпроцесу слід дотримуватись ивимог часу щодо якості працівників, здатних не тільки сприймати накопичені знання, а й створювати нові технології, послуги та продукти для відновлення, розвитку й процвітання країни. Високий рівень фахової передвищої освіти уможливлює підвищення творчої активності здобувачів освіти, реалізацію їхнього потенціалу в усіх сферах життєдіяльності суспільства.

Abstract. Nowadays, when sirens sound several times on the territory of our country almost every day, disrupting the educational process, the issue of organizing the educational process is more important than ever. The Ministry of Education and Science is making every effort to ensure sustainability of learning and teaching, creating safe conditions for pupils and students, teachers and lecturers. A list of key policy priorities in the field of education has been formed, the timely implementation of which will minimize educational losses. However, educational institutions face new challenges every day. Since the first days of the invasion, educational institutions turned into humanitarian hubs that received internally displaced people and helped the military. It is worth noting that the availability of shelters was a mandatory condition for the resumption of full-time education in all levels of educational institutions. Another challenge in the event of a blackout threat was providing educational institutions with backup and autonomous power supply systems. An important component of information security is usually proper computer support for teachers and students in order to support the educational process in wartime conditions. New tasks and knowledge generated by time and the situation in the country, training of high-quality human capital based on the basis of quality education are based on knowledge. Even in wartime, the new generation of specialists studying at vocational high schools need to solve complex scientific, technical and economic problems, which requires fundamentally new human qualities – dynamism, competence, professionalism, which will allow them to analyse various tasks in the shortest possible time and make optimal decisions. In times of war, the need for reliable information to make urgent decisions, which is the key to economic growth, has never been greater. When organizing the educational process, it is necessary to meet the requirements of the time in terms of the quality of employees who are able not only to perceive the accumulated knowledge, but also to create new technologies, services and products for the recovery, development and prosperity of the country. High level of vocational training makes it possible to increase the creative activity of students and realize their potential in all spheres of society.
