Освіта в екстремальних умовах: аналіз проблем і наслідків пандемії в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Резюме. Пандемія призвела до суттєвих змін у сфері освіти всієї планети, викликала вона освітні проблеми і в Україні. Процес навчання під час карантину навесні був напруженим для всіх учасників освітнього процесу. Розглянуто, якими були дії уряду України в організації освітнього процесу під час карантину, спричиненого COVID-19. Особливої актуальності набули інновації з початком широкомасштабної війни, розв’язаної російською федерацією на території України, коли стало життєво необхідним приймати швидкі, нестандартні, по суті –інноваційні рішення. Функціонування системи освіти в умовах воєнного стану характеризується інтенсивним пошуком нових підходів до навчання, інноваційних форм організації освітнього процесу, ефективнихпедагогічних та інформаційних технологій. Саме тому підтримка активного упровадження інновацій в освітню галузь під час війни стала одним із ключових напрямів роботи Міністерства освіти і науки України та його підрозділів. В умовах війни важливого значення набувають питання створення комфортного освітнього середовища та організації освітнього процесу, особливо для тих дітей, які отримали психологічну травму. З метою надання психоемоційної підтримки населенню під час війни, формування у педагогічних працівників навичок роботи з дітьми, за підтримки Першої леді України Олени Зеленської започатковано Національну програму психічного здоров’я та психосоціальної допомоги. Особливе значення для подальшого розвитку та реформування галузі, розбудови Нової української школи має модель Національного технопарку з підвищення якості освіти, яку в було презентовано Міністром освіти і науки України Сергієм Шкарлетом.

Abstract. The pandemic led to significant changes in the field of education throughout the planet, it caused educational problems in Ukraine as well. The learning process during the spring quarantine was stressful for all participants of the educational process. The actions of the government of Ukraine in the organization of the educational process during the quarantine caused by COVID-19 were considered. Innovations became especially relevant with the beginning of a large-scale war unleashed by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, when it became vital to make quick, non-standard, essentially innovative decisions. The functioning of the education system in the conditions of martial law is characterized by an intensive search for new approaches to learning, innovative forms of organization of the educational process, effective pedagogical and information technologies. That is why supporting the active implementation of innovations in the education sector during the war became one of the key areas of work of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and its divisions. In the conditions of the war, the issue of creating a comfortable educational environment and organizing the educational process becomes important, especially for those children who have suffered psychological trauma. In order to provide psycho- emotional support to the population during the war, to train teaching staff in working with children, the National Program of Mental Health and Psychosocial Assistance was launched with the support of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. The model of the National Technopark for improving the quality of education, which was presented by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Serhiy Shkarlet, is of particular importance for the further development and reform of the industry, the development of the New Ukrainian School.
