Abstract: | Резюме. У статті розглядається професійне самовдосконалення фахівців в умовах неперервної освіти; важливості неперервної професійної освіти, яка посідає важливе місце серед сучасних прогресивних освітніх ідей; творча самостійна робота студентів, як основна сполучна ланка між ЗВО, наукою і виробництвом. Охарактеризовано думки
різних науковців щодо проблеми самовдосконалення фахівців в умовах неперервної освіти. Abstract. The article examines the professional self-improvement of specialists in the conditions of continuous education; the importance of continuous professional education, which occupies an important place among modern progressive educational ideas; creative independent work of students, as the main connecting link between educational institutions, science and production. The opinions of various scientists regarding the problem of self-improvement of specialists in the conditions of continuous education are characterized. Independent work of students is impossible without careful selection of educational material, its systematization and appropriate scientific processing. It is highlighted that the concept of continuity of education can be attributed to three objects. The organization of continuing education should be flexible, dynamic, meet the changing requirements of the labor market. The creation of the infrastructure of continuous education is an urgent task for the development of modern education, the solution of which requires a combination of efforts of economic, social and educational policy. Planning students’ independent work is directly related to the analysis of the time budget. It is necessary to clearly define the time that is actually spent on different types of educational activities. It is necessary to ensure the timely completion of all tasks allocated by departments, so that students are fully confident that with systematic work they will be able to complete all tasks. The organization of continuing education should be flexible, dynamic, meet the changing requirements of the labor market. In light of these requirements and modernization trends, professional training as a whole, a career guidance system, and cooperation with employment centers are needed. We can state that the analysis of scientific-pedagogical literature on the research problem has shown a significant interest in the issues of professional self-improvement of teachers. Having analyzed the interpretation of the category of self-improvement of teachers, it was determined that it, especially nowadays, is the subject of attention of scientists. |
