Abstract

Резюме. В статті досліджено ресурсний потенціал сільських територіальних громад. Авторами охарактеризовано соціальні, людські, фінансові, інформаційні, природні, регіональні ресурси в контексті їх наявності в межах територіальної громади. Особливу увагу акцентовано на фінансових ресурсах, які можуть надходити від різних джерел, таких як благодійні внески, спонсорська підтримка, гранти від міжнародних організацій або інвестиції від приватних підприємств. Обґрунтовано, що ефективне управління фінансовими ресурсами громади дозволяє забезпечити стабільність, потреби населення і розвиток території. Володіння інформацією про наявний ресурсний потенціал допомагає громадам будувати стабільні та стійкі економічні та соціальні системи, що робить їх менш залежними від зовнішніх факторів, а також дозволяє розробляти плани розвитку інфраструктурних об'єктів, таких як дороги, школи, лікарні, які відповідають реальним потребам громади.

Abstract. The article examines the resource potential of rural territorial communities. The authors characterize social, human, financial, informational, natural, and regional resources in the context of the territorial community. Special attention is focused on financial resources, which can come from various other sources, such as charitable contributions, sponsorship support, grants from international organizations, or investments from private enterprises. It is substantiated that effective management of the financial resources of the community allows ensuring stability, meeting the needs of the population, and developing the territory. Having information about the available resource potential helps communities build stable and sustainable economic and social systems, making them less dependent on external factors. It also allows for the development of plans for infrastructure facilities such as roads, schools, and hospitals that meet the real needs of the community. A detailed study of resources makes rural areas more attractive to investors who see the potential for business development and investment. The purpose of writing the article is to research the resource potential of rural territorial communities. Various scientific research methods were used to achieve the goal. In particular, inductive and deductive methods were used to collect, process, and justify the existing resource potential of rural territorial communities. The graphic method was used for the systematization of social, human, financial, informational, natural, and regional resources, as well as for the formation of general budget indicators of the territorial communities of the Transcarpathian region in the form of tables. The abstract-logical method was used to summarize the results.
