dc.description.abstractAbstract. The guiding principle of state educational policy in the information society is the training of specialists in the field of «human-human». At the current stage of modernization of the educational system in our country, the problem of training a professional specialist in the field of «humanhuman», who will actively use large amounts of information from various sources and who will have formed tolerance, is of particular relevance. The article proves that the use of ICT helps to change the content of education, information technologies have a powerful impact on the process of student development, serving as tools of communication, as well as socialization of young people. Information technologies affect the methods of work, cooperation, communication, and teaching methods. The position of tolerance of the teacher of the National School of Ukraine is shown. The main principles of tolerance are outlined, which are necessary for the work of specialists in the field of «human-human». It is found that the formation of tolerance of the individual is influenced by a number of factors: the social environment, stereotypes and ideas existing in society, the system of upbringing and relationships between people, the system of values. A special place in this process is given to mentality, which is primarily the most powerful behavioral factor. It is impossible not to take into account the influence of various factors of a personal nature, from the level of education, intelligence, culture to the ability to be friendly, sensitive and tactful, from the ability to listen and understand, not to judge and forgive, to sensitivity, compliance, self-control and respectful attitude towards another, to his opinion, religion, beliefs, type of activity. The main factors that contribute to the upbringing of tolerance in future specialists in the field of «human-human» are identified. The principles of partnership in pedagogy, which are important for specialists in the field of «human-human», are determined. Tolerant interaction as a pedagogical category means a special type of relationship between subjects of the educational environment, which is determined by dialogicity, cooperation, partnership, empathy, friendliness, respect for otherness. With such a formulation of the problem, when the tolerance of the future specialist in the field of «human-human» will increase and be considered as a component of the professional activity of a teacher in a higher education institution and a school teacher, when schools will accelerate the path of testing and implementing innovative theories, educational technologies, theoretical and practical developments with elements of novelty into the practice of work of mass educational institutions, young people with new thinking and mentality will leave school, capable of successfully living in a world that is dynamically developing and updating.en
