Запровадження сучасного педагогічного досвіду та новітніх технологій у процес підготовки майбутніх бакалаврів дошкільної освіти

Abstract

Резюме. У статті авторка аналізує та досліджує способи модернізації дошкільної системи України із впровадження у виховний процес вищих навчальних закладів інноваційних педагогічних технологій та їх методів. Педагогічну інновацію розглядають як особливу форму діяльності й мислення, спрямовану на організацію нововведень у виховному та освітньому просторі, або як процес створення, впровадження і поширення нового в освіті.

Abstract. In the article, the author analyses and explores ways to modernise the preschool system of Ukraine by introducing innovative pedagogical technologies and their methods into the educational process of higher education institutions. Pedagogical innovation is considered as a special form of activity and thinking aimed at organising innovations in the educational and educational space, or as a process of creating, implementing and disseminating new things in education. The time from the birth of a new idea, creation and dissemination of an innovation to its use is called the life cycle of innovation. Innovations do not arise spontaneously, but are the result of systematic scientific research, analysis and generalisation of pedagogical experience. It is advisable to prepare for innovative activities during the professional training of future teachers, since the fate of the future in Ukraine will depend on the professional knowledge, skills and personal qualities that students develop in higher education. Innovation activity is quite specific and complex, requiring special knowledge, skills and abilities. Implementation of innovations is impossible without a teacher-researcher who has systematic thinking, active creativity and a conscious readiness for innovation. In pedagogical practice, as well as in other fields, innovations are relative from both personal and historical perspectives: what is new for one educator may already be familiar to another. One of the main aspects of innovation processes in preschool education is the implementation of the achievements of psychological and pedagogical science in practice, as well as the study, generalisation and dissemination of best domestic and foreign pedagogical experience. The preschool innovation process is a series of continuous actions aimed at updating and modifying the purpose, content, organisation, forms and methods of teaching and upbringing in order to adapt the educational process to new socio-historical conditions.
