Вплив раннього використання гаджетів на розвиток дітей раннього віку

Abstract

Резюме. Стаття досліджує актуальну проблему впливу раннього використання гаджетів на розвиток дітей раннього віку. Розглядається переважно негативний вплив пов’язаний з такою взаємодією. Особливу увагу приділено впливу на мовленнєвий розвиток, когнітивні функції та соціально-емоційну сферу дітей раннього віку. Аналізуються наукові дослідження, що вказують на зв’язок між надмірним екранним часом і затримками в розвитку мови, зниженням концентрації уваги та труднощами в соціальній взаємодії, проблемами зі здоров’ям. Стаття підкреслює необхідність збалансованого підходу до інтеграції технологій у життя дітей, усвідомлюючи потенційні ризики та можливості.

Abstract. The article reveals one of the most urgent and at the same time most alarming problems of modern pedagogy, psychology and pediatrics. The focus of the study is mainly on identifying and analyzing the negative consequences associated with such interaction, which is gaining increasing proportions in the ubiquitous life of modern families. Particular attention is paid to the impact of early use of gadgets on the speech development of young children, which is one of the most vulnerable areas. The mechanisms by which prolonged screen time can lead to delays in the formation of active and passive speech, impoverishment of vocabulary and difficulties in constructing grammatically correct sentences are considered. The negative impact of gadgets on cognitive functions (memory, attention, thinking) is determined. Rapid change of images, excessive stimulation and passive consumption of content from screens can lead to absent-mindedness, decreased concentration, as well as difficulties in forming cause-and-effect relationships and logical thinking. It is noted that the limitation of live communication, which is replaced by virtual interaction with the screen, can cause difficulties in social adaptation, the formation of empathy, understanding the emotions of other people and building interpersonal relationships. The questions are raised about the possible formation of social isolation and a decrease in motivation for games and interaction with peers and adults in the real world. The need to establish clear limits on screen time, the need for a balanced and considered approach to the integration of technologies into the lives of young children, in accordance with the recommendations of leading world pediatric organizations, is emphasized. The article calls for awareness of potential risks and opportunities in order to ensure the healthy and full development of future generations.
