Формування інклюзивної компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі вивчення дисципліни «Методика навчання освітньої галузі «Мистецтво»

Abstract

Резюме. У статті розглядається проблема формування інклюзивної компетентності студентів педагогічних коледжів у процесі вивчення дисципліни «Методика навчання освітньої галузі «Мистецтво». Обґрунтовано, що в умовах реформування української освіти та впровадження інклюзії існує гостра суперечність між суспільним запитом на педагогів, готових до роботи в різноманітному освітньому середовищі, та реальним рівнем їхньої підготовки. Наголошено на унікальному потенціалі мистецьких дисциплін для розвитку, соціалізації та психоемоційної підтримки дітей з особливими освітніми потребами (ООП).

Abstract. The article considers the problem of forming inclusive competence of students of pedagogical colleges in the process of studying the discipline «Teaching Methodology of the Educational Branch «Art». It is substantiated that in the conditions of reforming Ukrainian education and implementing inclusion, there is an acute contradiction between the public demand for teachers ready to work in a diverse educational environment and the real level of their training. The unique potential of artistic disciplines for the development, socialization and psycho-emotional support of children with special educational needs (SEN) is emphasized. The author clarified the essence of the concept of «inclusive competence» and proposed its three-component structure, which includes motivational-value, cognitive and operational-activity components, also revealed the content of each component and suggested ways of their development. The main contribution of the work is the development and detailed description of a set of interactive teaching methods aimed at the practical implementation of the task. Specific examples of trainings for the development of empathy and communication skills («The World through Other Senses», «Art Without Words»); cases for the analysis and solution of problematic pedagogical situations («Quiet Color» for working with a student with ASD, «Team Play» for a music lesson with a child with hearing impairment); project activities («Art Box for Everyone»). Particular attention is paid to the development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of inclusive approaches in the choreographic training of students. Based on the principles of Universal Design and Modification, practical techniques for adapting dance elements, using spatial levels, differentiating roles in the composition, and using auxiliary props are proposed. It is proven that the systematic implementation of the proposed methods in the process of studying a professional discipline allows improving the quality of professional training of future art teachers, forming their psychological and practical readiness for effective work in an inclusive educational environment.
