Підготовка майбутнього вчителя до організації правовиховної роботи зі здобувачами початкової освіти

Abstract

Резюме. Виховання громадян правової держави суспільство багато в чому пов’язує з особистістю вчителя, його загальною та правовою культурою, науковими знаннями та педагогічною майстерністю. Однак сьогодні майбутні вчителі через недостатню увагу до правового виховання та навчання у вузі нерідко мають низький рівень правової культури. Реалізовані в педагогічних вузах програми, наявні підручники та навчальні посібники з педагогіки, психології, соціально-економічним та спеціальним дисциплінам слабо розглядають питання правової культури, правового виховання учнів. Недостатньо вивчаються проблеми профілактики правопорушень, діагностики реального рівня правової вихованості особистості.

Abstract. Society largely associates the upbringing of citizens of a legal state with the personality of the teacher, his general and legal culture, scientific knowledge and pedagogical skills. However, today, due to insufficient attention to legal education and training in higher education, future teachers often have a low level of legal culture. The programs implemented in pedagogical universities, the available textbooks and teaching aids on pedagogy, psychology, socio-economic and special disciplines poorly consider the issues of legal culture, legal education of students. The problems of preventing offenses, diagnosing the real level of legal education of the individual are not sufficiently studied. Legal knowledge is necessary for all people as the basis of behavior in various life situations. The relevance of legal education is obvious – it is due to the current state of all spheres of life: economy, culture, politics. And today it is imperative to form in children a worldview based on respect for the law, knowledge of human rights, and even attitudes to observe and strengthen the rule of law, i.e. the legal culture of the individual. A large role in the education of legal culture in minors belongs to the school. Effective legal education requires the adoption of certain methods that help to acquire knowledge, as well as develop social and intellectual skills that are required of citizens of a legal society. Different teachers prefer different pedagogical techniques, however, we agree that the approach aimed at involving students in an active, joint discussion of legal issues is the most effective. Future teacher training for organizing legal educational work with primary school students is a complex, multi-component process that requires the integration of legal knowledge, pedagogical skills and educational technologies. It should be aimed not only at mastering theoretical foundations, but also at forming practical readiness to act in real educational conditions. Only a teacher who himself realizes the value of legal culture and compliance with laws is able to effectively educate law-abiding, responsible citizens of Ukraine.
