Методологічні засади та методи географічного аналізу проблем сучасного землекористування

Abstract

Резюме. Актуальність дослідження: сучасний стан землекористування є причиною вагомих екологічних проблем. Суцільна господарська освоєність призвела до формування антропогенних ландшафтів, серед яких переважають аґроландшафти. Тому дуже важливими є дослідження землекористування з географічних позицій, зокрема формулювання їх методологічної основи, розроблення поняттєво-термінологічного апарату, обґрунтування комплексу методів. Предмет дослідження: землекористування як географічне явище. Мета дослідження: формулювання методологічних засад і обґрунтування методів географічних досліджень проблем землекористування на сучасному етапі взаємодії природи та суспільства. Методологія дослідження: діалектика, системний підхід, концепція сталого розвитку, концепції ноосфери та ноосферних екосистем. Результати дослідження: встановлено, що розвиток землекористування відбувається за законами діалектики, що підтверджується прикладами; землі являють собою складну систему, що має просторову структуру та часову динаміку; реалізація концепції ноосфери є більш певною передумовою раціонального землекористування, ніж концепція сталого розвитку; поняттєво-термінологічний апарат досліджень землекористування складається із двох основних поняттєво-термінологічних систем. Практичне значення: з ландшафтознавчих позицій удосконалено теоретичні й методологічні засади раціонального землекористування. Висновки: проблема раціонального землекористування є міждисциплінарною, її розв’язання потребує залучення апарату низки наук, і передовсім – географії. Перспектива подальших досліджень полягає в застосуванні окреслених методологічних засад досліджень землекористування до вивчення особливостей структури й динаміки землекористування в умовах конкретних реґіонів, зокрема природних зон і адміністративно-територіальних утворень.

Abstract. Relevance of the study: the up-to-date state of land use is the cause of important ecological problems. Extensive economic land development has resulted in the formation of anthropogenic landscapes with agricultural landscapes predominating among them. So, investigations of land use from the geographical positions, especially shaping their methodological fundamentals, creating the conceptual and terminological system, grounding a complex of methods are very important. Subject of the study: land use as a geographical phenomenon. The purpose of the study:shaping methodological fundamentals and grounding methods of geographical researches of land use problems in the current stage of nature-society interactions. Research methodology: dialectics, system approach, conception of the sustainable development, conceptions of the noosphere and noospherical ecosystems. Research results: it is appointed that development of the land use continues according to laws of dialectics, which is grounded by examples; lands are a composite system, which has a space structure and time dynamics; realization the noospherical conception is a more reliable prerequisite of the rational land use than the conception of the sustainable development; the conceptual and terminological system of land use studies consists by two main notion and term systems. Practical value: from the positions of landscape studies the theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the rational land use are optimized. Conclusions: the problem of the rational land use is interdisciplinary, its decision needs using the apparatus of a raw of sciences, and for the first place – geography. Prospects for further research consists of using lined methodological fundamentals of land use investigations to studying peculiarities of the structure and dynamics of land use in conditions of concrete regions, especially natural zones and administrative and territorial foundations.
