Суспільно-географічні аспекти розвитку агропромислового комплексу Україіни в період 2005–2025 років

Abstract

Резюме. Актуальність дослідження: агропромисловий комплекс України має значний виробничий потенціал та створює основу експорту. Предметом дослідження є сільське господарство України та галузі переробної сфери. Мета дослідження: суспільно-географічний аналіз розвитку АПК впродовж останніх 20 років, у тому числі в умовах воєнного сьогодення. Методологія дослідження: системно-структурний підхід, методи системного аналізу та синтезу, статистичний та графічний методи. Результати дослідження:проаналізовано посівну площу сільськогосподарських культур в Україні в динаміці. За останні 20 років найбільшу площу зернових і зернобобових культур було засіяно у 2002 р. (15 392 тис. га); площі буряка цукрового в Україні в останнє десятиліття не були великими, у 2024 р. порівняно з 2005 р. скоротилися у 2,5 раза. Зросли посівні площі соняшнику. Посівна площа сільськогосподарських культур в Україні (зокрема, картоплі, овочевих культур, насаджень плодових та ягідних культур) зменшилася. Показники урожайності сільськогосподарських культур зростають. Аналіз кількості сільськогосподарських тварин в Україні засвідчує стрімке зменшення кількості великої рогатої худоби. Кількість поголів’я свиней дещо зменшилася з 2020 року. Майже у 2 рази зменшилося поголів’я овець та кіз у 2025 р. порівняно з 2005 роком. Розведення птиці в Україні за останні 20 років є найбільш стабільним. Практичне значення: здійснено суспільно-географічний аналіз розвитку агропромислового комплексу України впродовж останніх 20 років, у тому числі в умовах воєнного сьогодення в країні, що важливо для України, де АПК є однією з основних експортних галузей. Висновки: окреслено переваги та проблеми в розвитку агропромислового комплексу. Стан АПК України за останні 20 років демонструє стабільність і позитивну динаміку. Перспектива подальших досліджень полягає у вивченні можливостей розвитку аграрної сфери, адже підвищення ефективності АПК привело до зростання інтересу серед як національних, так і закордонних інвесторів.

Abstract. Relevance of the study: The agro-industrial complex of Ukraine possesses a significant production potential and creates the basis for exports. The agriculture of Ukraine and the processing sectorconstitute the subject of the study. The socio-geographical analysis of the agro-industrial complex development in Ukraine over the past 20 years, including the current military situation is the purpose of the study. The research methodology includes a system-structural approach, and the methods of system analysis and synthesis, as well as statistical and graphical methods. Research results: the analysis covered the dynamics of the sown area of agricultural crops in Ukraine. Over the past 20 years, the largest area of grain and leguminous crops was sown in 2002 (15,392 thousand hectares); sugar beet areas were not large in Ukraine in the last decade, in 2024 compared to 2005 they decreased by 2.5 times. Conversely, sunflower sown areas increased. The total sown area of agricultural crops in Ukraine (in particular, potatoes, vegetable crops, fruit and berry plantations) has decreased. Additionally,crop yield indicators are increasing.An analysis of the number of farm animals in Ukraine over the past twenty years shows a rapid decrease in the number of cattle. The number of pigs has decreased slightly since 2020. The number of sheep and goats decreased almost 2 times in 2025 compared to 2005. Poultry farming in Ukraine over the past 20 years has been the most stable. Practical significance: a socio-geographical analysis of the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine over the past 20 years has been carried out, including the conditions of the current war in the country, where the agro-industrial complex is one of the main export industries which is important for Ukraine. Conclusions:the study outlined the advantages and problems of the agro-industrial complex development. The state of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine demonstrates stability and positive dynamics over the past 20 years. The prospect of further research lies in studying the possibilities of the agricultural sector development. Ultimately, increasing the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex has led to increased interest among both national and foreign investors.
