Теоретичні засади підготовки психологів у сучасному науковому просторі

Abstract

Резюме. У статті висвітлюється професійна підготовка майбутніх психологів у ЗВО України. Розглядаються особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх психологів. Професійна підготовка майбутніх психологічних кадрів є однією з ключових проблем в теорії, науці та практиці психології. Розкриваються основні напрями роботи психолога в системі освіти. Підготовка психологів у ЗВО є складним і багаторівневим процесом, що поєднує фундаментальне знання, практичні вміння та особистісний розвиток майбутнього фахівця.

Abstract. The article highlights the professional training of future psychologists in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The features of the professional training of future psychologists are considered. The professional training of future psychological personnel is one of the key problems in the theory, science and practice of psychology. The main areas of work of a psychologist in the education system are revealed. Training of psychologists in higher education institutions is a complex and multi-level process that combines fundamental knowledge, practical skills and personal development of the future specialist. The quality of professional activity in the field of psychological practice focuses on the personality of its subject, translating the objective conditions for building activity into the category of less relevant. Accordingly, the development of approaches to the formation of the personality of the future psychologist turned out to be the highest priority when solving issues of professional training. The advantage of studying the features of the professional training of psychology students is their mastery of the methodology of psychological science and its terminological apparatus. This allows the psychologist-researcher, on his part, to organize the research process, and students to more accurately describe their psychological properties, processes and states associated with the process of professionalization. An important advantage is the actualization of professional conscientiousness and observation among psychology students within the framework of training in higher education institutions. This can contribute to obtaining more accurate and multifaceted information regarding aspects of their study of professional training.
